A sector magazine shall be established under the direction of the new Railway Directorate.

The Directorate will have a coordinating role for the entire railway sector.

The aim of the new magazine will be to reflect the all of the Norwegian railways and to pull the various actors into one and the same meeting point.

It is a prerequisite that the magazine has a certain editorial distance to the Directorate with its own design.

At the same time the magazine shall always put railways on the agenda and show the possibilities for the development of a modern railway in Norway.

The procurement includes the following services: Layout, make-up, processing pictures, illustrations and graphics, technical proofreading, printing, stapling, packing, distributing, keeping address lists up-to-date and digitalising the magazine. In addition the tenderer shall be an advisor for altering the current magazine to a sector magazine.
