The object of the order is the collection and development of solid municipal waste from the area of the Community of Kikół received from property owners residing by residents
from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2023. Details of the description and method of execution of the order include the description of the object of the order as an annex to the Specification of the Order Conditions.
1.As part of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to collect any quantity of the following waste from property owners resided by residents
1) paper;
2) metals;
3) plastics;
4) multi-product packaging waste;
5) glass;
6) biowaste;
7) hazardous waste;
8) expired drugs and chemicals;
9) waste ineligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels,
in particular, needles and syringes;
10) spent batteries and batteries;
11) consumed electrical and electronic equipment;
12) furniture and other large-sized waste;
13) worn tyres;
14) waste of textiles and clothing;
15) construction and demolition waste;
16) unsegregated (mixed).
2. Receipt of waste referred to in paragraph 2 shall be carried out by various automobiles for different fractions of waste in a manner to prevent mixing. The Contractor shall be obliged to protect vehicles and equipment from uncontrolled discharge of waste, during storage, handling and transport.
4. As part of the contract, the Contractor shall receive municipal waste with the following frequencies:
1) single-family buildings:
(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste:
- between 1 April and 31 October — once every 2 weeks
- between 1 November and 31 March — once every 4 weeks
(b) paper, plastics, multi-stock packaging waste, metals
and glass — once every 4 weeks
(c) biowaste:
- between 1 April and 31 October — once every 2 weeks
- between 1 November and 31 March — once every 4 weeks
2) multi-family buildings:
(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste:
- between 1 April and 31 October — once every 2 weeks
- between 1 November and 31 March — once every 4 weeks
(b) paper, plastics, multi-stock packaging waste, metals
and glass — once every 4 weeks
(c) biowaste:
- between 1 April and 31 October — once every 2 weeks
- between 1 November and 31 March — once every 4 weeks
3) from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in Lubina in hours
its work after reporting the needs of receipt by the Ordering Party.
3. The Contractor is obliged to collect waste from individual properties on which residents reside within timetable for disposal of municipal waste, provided that the collection of waste must take place from Monday to Saturday from 6.00 to 20.00,
except for statutory days off work. In the absence of access to containers and bags for the trader receiving municipal waste, the owner of the property is obliged to display bins and bags to the public road on the day of collection of municipal waste from six o'clock in the morning.
4. The Contractor shall, within 7 days after the signing of the contract, deliver to the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) in the village of Lubin containers where waste will be collected:
(a) furniture and large-sized waste — 1 container with a minimum capacity of 7000 l,
(b) consumed electronic and electrical equipment — 1 container with a minimum capacity of 7000 l,
c) plastics and metals - 1 container with a minimum capacity of 7000 l,
d) paper and cardboard - 1 container with a minimum capacity of 7000 l,
e) biodegradable waste - 1 container with a minimum capacity of 7000 l,
(f) glass - 1 container with a minimum capacity of 240 l,
g) spent batteries and batteries - 1 container with a minimum capacity of 240 l,
h) expired medicines - 1 container with a minimum capacity of 120 l,
(i) chemicals - 1 container with a minimum capacity of 240 l,
j) clothing and textiles - 2 container with a minimum capacity of 1000 l,
k) worn tyres - 1 container with a minimum capacity of 7000 l,
l) construction and demolition waste - 1 container with a minimum capacity of 7000 l,
m) fluorescent lamps - 1 container suitable for collecting fluorescent lights.
