The client intends to award service contracts for forwarding services (including eviction, removal, storage and destruction) in the context of eviction enforcement for the local courts of the Free State of Thuringia by means of a Europe-wide tender as a non-open procedure in accordance with Section 16 VgV. There is a division into 23 partial lots (per district of court); each of the partial lots is to be structured as a framework agreement.
