National Citizen Trust are keen to reduce risks of Salesforce data loss or manipulation and are therefore looking to engage with a relevant organisation to provide consultancy related to the implementation of a Salesforce Data Backup Tool to facilitate secure and compliant automated backup and restoration of Salesforce platform data as well as the provision of the associated licenses on an annual basis.

• The implementation of the relevant Salesforce Backup Tool.

• The provision of the licenses of the relevant tool on an annual basis where applicable.

• The provision of technical training, guidance, and support to relevant members of the National Citizen Trust team. Training should be provided to 3-4 technical admins who will be managing the platform, while guidance on best practices and processes around backups should also be provided.
