1. The subject of the contract is the modernization of the land and building records in the scope of object classes: building, object permanently connected with the building of registration units: Lubawa commune and Zalewo commune.
2. As part of the contract, the Contractor shall perform:
a) modernization of the land and building registry database (EGiB) for the municipality of Lubawa and the municipality of Zalewo,
b) enter into the Staroste's ICT system the created EGiB data sets.
3. The subject of the order was divided into two parts. The Purchaser allows submission of partial bids for any parts of the contract selected by the Contractor.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract for lot 1 and lot 2 is included in Annex 1 to the ToR 'Description of the object of the contract'.
