Vinmonopolet's activities are based on comprehensive use of modern information technology (IT). IT systems have been developed and adopted in a number of areas, both in trade and administrative areas.

Vinmonopolet would like to use this contract to enter into a framework agreement for IT equipment and the accompanying services. The aim of the framework agreement is to give AS Vinmonopolet competitive terms and simple procurements of IT equipment.

See annex 3 (specifications) in this enquiry for further details on the required areas. The mentioned areas are not exhaustive, but the evaluation will be based on them. Further products can be procured in the contract period. These will be procured in accordance with the terms described for the various IT equipment.
