At the end of the competition, bidders will have to develop initial concepts in the actual negotiated procedure, which will be evaluated on the basis of a given matrix. As far as there is an offer which can be assessed, each bidder will receive a payment of EUR 5 000 plus VAT for the concept development within the framework of the negotiated procedure.
We are looking for a coherent concept for the designation of the buildings of the ensemble at Offenbachplatz and a guidance system for orientation within the houses. The CI of the houses should be developed, but not the CI of the respective branches of opera, drama and dance.
The goal is to find a way around the houses quickly, which requires an intuitive and self-explanatory orientation. Furthermore, a building and guidance system (inside and outside) is expected, which can respond flexibly and expandable to the different operations of the stages.
