Completion of construction works for the investment entitled "Construction of a road connecting Sienkiewicza Street and Wschodnia Street together with technical infrastructure and urban furniture, development of public space (plots No. 38/24, 42/3, 40/5 precinct S-6)", which was carried out on the basis of a project by MODUS Biuro Projektowo – Wykonawczy Sp. z o.o. Piotrkowska 249/251/C21, 90-456 Łódź and the obtained decision to allow the implementation of the road investment.
The scope of the contract includes works that are necessary to perform at the current stage of the investment, and which were not performed or were performed incorrectly by the existing Contractor, with whom, due to the lack of work carried out, the Ordering Party withdrew from the contract.
1 General description of the subject of the order
The Contractor is obliged to apply on the basis of an appropriate power of attorney, on behalf of the Ordering Party, for a permit to use the facilities implemented under the subject of the contract, and to represent the Ordering Party before the competent authorities in the course of proceedings regarding the permit to use the facilities.
The Contractor shall prepare by its own efforts and at its own expense all necessary materials to apply for the above-mentioned permits.
The detailed material scope of works to be performed under the Contractor's obligations is presented in the following studies:
1. design documentation – entitled: Project built for the construction of a road connecting Sienkiewicza Street and Wschodnia Street with the public space of the "F" and "H" roads
2. design documentation – entitled Construction project for the construction of a road connecting Sienkiewicza Street and Wschodnia Street with public space – road "G"
3. design documentation – entitled: Executive design for the construction of a road connecting Sienkiewicza Street with Wschodnia Street along with public space" including the construction of F, G and H roads
4. study entitled: "Inventory of performed works" with the approval of the Contract Engineer
In the course of the execution of works, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the provisions of the contract and obliged to cooperate and cooperate with the Ordering Party and the Contract Engineer
The aim of the planned investment is to complete the works covering the following tasks:
Task 1 – construction of roadways and sidewalks, construction of lighting with illumination of trees, construction of a water supply, general navigable canal with drainage of the designed road, construction of sewage system for optical fibers, removal of telecommunications, electricity, heating, gas and water supply collisions, preparation of foundations for parking meters, execution of vertical horizontal marking, execution and installation of Boards of the Municipal Information System and execution of plantings along with the construction of the system Irrigation.
Task 2 – reconstruction of the area adjacent to the designed road lane. The area will be adapted for public space and will serve as a pedestrian route. It is planned to develop greenery with the maximum possible preservation of the current stand of trees along with new plantings and the creation of greenery along with the green irrigation system, the construction of lighting.
Task 1 and Task 2 are located in the area of the historical urban layout and cultural landscape osada Łódka entered into the municipal register of monuments and in the area constituting a monument protected by the creation of the Cultural Park of Piotrkowska Street. (...)

Laying the surface on B Street – connecting Traugutta Street with Tuwima Street, A Street – connecting Sienkiewicza Street with B Street and C Street being a connection between Kilińskiego Street and B Street", which was carried out on the basis of a project by MODUS Biuro Projektowo – Wykonawczy Sp. z o.o. The scope of the contract includes works that are necessary to perform at the current stage of the investment, and which were not performed or were performed incorrectly, by the existing contractor with whom, due to the lack of work carried out, the Ordering Party withdrew from the contract. As part of the contract, construction works must be carried out, including the replacement of the surface, horizontal marking and the execution of additions to the as-built documentation in order to properly complete the investment.
1 General description of the subject of the order
As part of the contract, construction works must be completed
1. Road works including:
- demolition of the pavement from the cube
- preparation of the foundation (3 cm aggregate leveling layer)
- compaction and profiling of the substructure
- cleaning the cube from demolition (recycled material cube in 50% to be cleaned and re-built, material not suitable for incorporation from demolition – the road cube should be cleaned and handed over in accordance with the applicable procedure to the place indicated by the Ordering Party)
- making a new surface with grouting (50% recycled material + 50% of the newly purchased road cube). According to the assumptions of the project, the surface is made of 8/11 cut-split granite cubes laid in fans.
- total area of roads A, B, C about 2784 m2
- execution of thick-layer road markings in accordance with the design of the target traffic organization.
- securing existing trees for the duration of the works
2. Compliance of works with design documentation
All works performed and materials delivered must comply with the project documentation.
(a) The data specified in the design documentation shall be considered as target values from which deviations within the specified tolerance range are allowed. The characteristics of materials and elements of structures must be homogeneous and show close compliance with the specified requirements, and the dispersions of these characteristics must not exceed the permissible tolerance range.
(b) Where a minimum or maximum tolerance, or both, is specified, the works shall be carried out in such a way that the characteristics of those materials or structural elements are not predominantly close to the limit values.
c) In the event of discrepancies, the description of the dimensions is more important than the reading on the drawing scale.
d) All works performed and materials supplied should comply with the design documentation and technical specifications. It is allowed to change the materials and devices specified in the projects to those presented in the tender offer by the Contractor, if they are equivalent and with no worse parameters than those shown in the design documentation. If the materials or works used do not fully comply with the design documentation, technical specification or tender offer of the Contractor, such materials will be immediately replaced by the appropriate ones, and demolition works and reassembly of the appropriate elements will be carried out at the expense of the Contractor (...)
