1. The subject of the contract is: Care and felling of trees in the city of Sosnowiec.

2. The subject of the order includes:

- felling of trees,

- tree care,

- milling of tree trunks,

- purchase of wood from felling from the Ordering Party at the price declared in the offer for 1m³ of wood.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.

4. If the Contracting Authority has indicated trademarks, patents or origin, sources or a specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular Contractor in the description of the subject of the contract, it is permitted to offer equivalent solutions to the described, subject to preservation by not the same minimum technical, qualitative and functional parameters, etc.

5. The Contractor who invokes equivalent solutions shall demonstrate that the solution offered by him meets the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority. In this case, the Contractor shall attach to the tender a list of equivalent solutions with its description or standards.

6. Where references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 (1) (2) and paragraph 3 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described.
