The energy and technical rehabilitation operation consists of improving the energy performance of the buildings while reducing the costs of our tenants.

The residence is composed of 147 collective dwellings divided into 22 buildings R+1 and R+2.

The washhouse will be studied with a view to a change of use if necessary.

The new construction operation consists of creating 12 collective housing units above the existing shops and the crèche divided into 6 T2 and 6 T3 including box, Vrd and parking spaces related to the operation.

Tenderers of this Framework Agreement are requested to also submit a tender for subsequent contract No. 1, which will be awarded simultaneously with the Framework Agreement.
