The Leipheim indoor garden pool was built in the early 1970s and has been in operation largely unchanged since then. In 1997-1999 and 2002, there were partial renovations and extensions (sauna, toddler area).

The aim of the general renovation is to create a “family-oriented sports pool with sauna”. The water areas are to be maintained in their current size, while the toddler area, sauna and outdoor area are to be redesigned to make them more attractive. Technical equipment and bathing water technology in particular no longer meet today's requirements and must be adapted to current standards accordingly.

Essentially, the following services are to be performed:

Protective measures of existing components (doors, windows, floors, etc.)

Coating, painting work on interior walls made of Mwk, plaster and concrete

Coating, painting work on supports

Coating, painting work on walls and ceilings made of drywall

Cement building board for wet rooms and glass fleece coated gypsum building board

perforated (acoustic ceiling)

Coating work on metal

Repair work in existing buildings

Application of wallpaper including all necessary preparatory work

Coating. and outdoor painting work
