Description:

Les travaux porteront sur 16 bâtiments soit 726 logements collectifs du groupe Ronceray. Le projet sera décomposé en 3 îlots. Pour les lots 5 et 7, divisés chacun en 3 îlots, en application de l'article 12 Iii du décret 2016-360, le nombre maximal d'îlots pouvant être attribués à un même opérateur économique est limité à 2.
