The subject of the contract is the supply of specialized equipment for the psychophysiological laboratory (hereinafter referred to as: Devices) and delivery, bringing to the indicated place, installation and commissioning of the delivered Devices, conducting implementation trainings for UEK employees aimed at proper operation and operation of the Devices and the use of their functions, in accordance with the manufacturer's or supplier's indications, granting a warranty for the Devices and providing services to the Ordering Party technical support throughout the warranty period, in accordance with: Description of the Subject of the Order – hereinafter referred to as OPZ (Annex No. 6 to SWZ) and Detailed Offer (Annex No. 8 to SWZ).
