1. The subject of the investment is the extension of the provincial road No. 833 Chodel – Kraśnik section 2 from km 1+326 (km 1+313.38 beginning of the construction of the bicycle walking route, km 1+326 beginning of the extension of DW 833) to km 12+980 along with the construction of engineering structures, retention and infiltration reservoirs and securing or expanding external devices colliding with the road under construction and engineering structures.

2. The design documentation is adapted to the identified needs of persons with disabilities and

II. 12. The contracting authority provides for contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law for a net value not exceeding PLN 3,000,000.00. The contract may be awarded on the road covered by the scope of the basic contract.

The scope of the contract will include: preparatory works, grubbing trees and shrubs, demolition of roads, streets and objects, excavations and embankments, execution of substructures, reinforcement of the ground substrate, execution of the surface of crushed aggregate, execution of pavement surface and roundabout rings, execution of bituminous layers and road surface of the road, bicycle path / pedestrian and bicycle path, surface and construction of bus bays, laying of materials geosynthetic, strengthening of slopes and ditches, drainage works, construction of exits, construction of street elements, rearranging small architecture objects, fences, gates, wickets, objects of religious worship, greeters and advertising pylons, execution of animal protection devices, construction of engineering structures with object works, damming devices and culverts under the crown of the road and exits, implementation of horizontal and vertical markings and BRD devices, tidying up the area, execution of animal protection drainage of the road body with the construction of tanks with a fence and gates, finishing works, works related to the implementation of lighting, works related to the reconstruction and protection of energy, teletechnical, sanitary sewage systems, water supply networks, gas networks and other networks.

Conditions under which contracts will be awarded similar:

Negotiations will be held during which the parties will determine the detailed scope of the contract, the deadline for the performance of the contract and the amount of remuneration,

The contractor for the basic contract shall perform it to the same standard as for the basic contract.

III. The contracting authority provides for the cancellation of the procedure under Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law if the funds from the Funds

European elections for Eastern Polish, which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance the contract,

were not granted to him.

IV. The Contracting Authority shall provide for the requirements indicated in Article 95(1) in the scope of employment by the Contractor

or a subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing the activities referred to in point

XXVI.1.SWZ in the scope of contract performance.

V. The contracting authority does not allow the possibility of submitting partial bids - detailed justification contained

is in SWZ.

VI.The contracting authority provides for partial payments in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract.
