1. The subject of the contract is a construction work consisting in the construction of an indoor swimming pool at KS Clepardia at Mackiewicza Street in Krakow together with accompanying facilities, technical infrastructure and land development - STAGE I.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 5 to the SWZ (bill of quantities, design documentation and technical specification of execution and acceptance of works).

If the name of the manufacturer appears in the annexes to the SWZ - the products may be replaced by equivalent ones.

2. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the Proposed Provisions of the Contract, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
