The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete design documentation including the renovation and reconstruction of a multi-family residential building along with land development and external connections to the building at 114 and 114A Pełczyńska Street, with the transfer of proprietary copyrights to the documentation, obtaining a decision on a permit for construction works (stage I) and performing author's supervision during the implementation of the project (stage II)

The subject of the contract is the preparation and delivery to the Contracting Authority of complete design documentation including the renovation and reconstruction of a multi-family residential building along with land development and external connections to the building at 114 and 114A Pełczyńska Street, along with the transfer of proprietary copyrights to the Documentation and obtaining a decision on a building permit - (Stage I) and performing author's and dendrological supervision during the implementation of the project - (Stage II). The detailed scope of the parties' obligations and description of the subject of the contract has been included in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ and the guidelines of the Contracting Authority for the development of multi-branch design documentation constituting Annex 11 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract includes the preparation of complete design documentation covering the building from the turn of the nineteenth / twentieth century, located in the Municipal Register of Monuments, located at 114 and 114A Pełczyńska Street on plot AM9.24, Lipa Piotrowska precinct, based on guidelines for the development of documentation constituting Annex 2 to the contract, and performing author's and dendrological supervision during the implementation of construction works.
