The aim of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements for consultancy services for the following:

— Restructuring and changes processes;

— Manager and employee development;

— Innovation.

A framework agreement with 3-5 service providers will be signed for each of the above. Assignments will be awarded after mini competitions.
