The subject of the contract is: Successive delivery (sale with transport and unloading) of rock, mine, non-waste, non-caking salt (with anti-caking agent) in bulk for sprinkling the roadway in winter road maintenance in the city of Sosnowiec, in the amount of up to 1 935 tons during the entire period of order completion.

The contracting authority will select the most advantageous offer based on the criterion for the evaluation of tenders: gross price (weight – 100%);

Information on the means of proof in question.

The Ordering Party requires the submission together with the offer of the said means of proof confirming that the offered product (road salt) complies with current safety standards and in no way adversely affects human health and the environment, i.e. the Hygienic Certificate of the National Institute of Hygiene;

The Contracting Authority provides for supplementing the means of proof referred to in Chapter II, paragraph 6, point 6.1. SWZ, if the Contractor has not submitted it or the submitted means of proof will be incomplete.
