The purpose of this contract is to ensure the monitoring and animation of the Scheduled Urban Renewal Housing Improvement Operation and the Real Estate Restoration Operation over the period 2022-2026.

the content of the service includes in particular:

>The implementation of the monitoring and animation of OPAH RU: communication, prospecting, piloting,

> The implementation of the Real Estate Restoration operation: animation of the owners, management over time of the procedure, follow-up, advice to the EPCI in the continuation of the procedure (coercive phase),

>the missions of piloting the device,

>project management assistance missions (administrative, technical and financial)
