The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356, as amended – the "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, and nursery management, hunting, meadow and agriculture, to be carried out in the Polanów Forest District and hunting districts No. 60, 61, 198 located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship and 320, 321 located in the Pomeranian Voivodeship in 2024. Planned start and end date of the contract: 01.01.2024. - 31.12.2024

P01 - Żytnik Forest Ranger

The numbering given is consistent with the numbering given in SWZ 3.1

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, as well as nursery, hunting, meadow and agricultural management, resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference(...).

(3) The material scopes set out in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.

4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject matter of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference (...).

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.

6) A description of the rules of the procedure for accepting forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

8) The place of execution of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of the Polanów Forest District and hunting districts No. 60, 61, 198 located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship and 320, 321 located in the Pomeranian Voivodeship.

9) The implementation of works included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forests – appropriate for a given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). The location (forest address) of individual forest works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement indicated in the annexes included in Annex 2 is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. point 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

10) The provisions of points 7 - 9 do not prejudice the rights of the Contracting Authority resulting from the model public procurement agreement (Appendix No. 12 and 14 to the Terms of Reference).

11) In view of the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, findings new locations, as well as halting the actions indicated in each line of tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works, not covered by the scope of the contract, and reductive adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part They should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not pre-indicated in the SWZ), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) on Package Implementation Area, within the total quantities of individual work falling within the scope of the Contract Subject as defined in the SWZ, to be carried out throughout the Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the procurement in the course of the performance of the contract subject may also occur in order to complete the full range of works described in the subject matter of the contract. Establishing a new location is carried out within the subject of the order, always only in the Package Redeemment Area.

12) In the case of obligatory exclusion of items from harvesting in the machine system (timber harvesting at cutting positions where the use of multi-operation machines is unacceptable) in particularly justified cases, e.g. a change in the conditions for which the above activities have been established, the Contracting Authority allows for a change in the timber harvesting technology. The justification must be provided to the Contractor in each case.
