The object of this contract is the transfer and sorting of multi-material packaging from the Community of communes of Sablé-sur-Sarthe.
The form retained for the execution of the contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum or maximum single beneficiary.
The contract is concluded for a period of two years from 1.1.2021.
The framework agreement is tacitly renewable twice, for a period of one year, i.e. a maximum period of four years unless the contracting authority expressly decides not to renew the contract two months before the end of the period. execution in progress.
Lot n ° 1 - transfer and transport of household packaging from selective collectionThe purpose of the service is to transfer all household packaging and transport it to the sorting center chosen by the community.
The service includes:
- storage of all household packaging on the transfer site offered by the service provider;
- transport of these materials to the sorting center chosen by the community (lot 2).
Lot nº 2 - sorting and packaging of household packaging from selective collectionsThe incumbent must perform the following missions:
- handling of packaging waste to be sorted,
- sorting of packaging waste,
- downstream conditioning and storage of sorted materials,
- loading, shipping, recovery of sorted materials,
- processing of sorting refusals,
- characterizations.
Throughout the duration of the contract, the holder undertakes to carry out a sorting allowing a maximum material recycling of the packaging waste of the community. Sorting must be consistent with the results of the upstream characterizations.
All of the services must be carried out continuously, within a reasonable time after receipt of the flow on the installation so as not to generate additional nuisance or refusal caused by too long storage before sorting.
