Technical equipment according to § 53 HOAI

The house A of St. Vincentius Hospital Speyer consists of buildings house A1 and house A2. The object of the contract includes essential areas in house A1, but also includes the 4th and 5th floors of house A2.

House A2 is a new building (axes 12-23). The new building is currently under construction. The floors 2nd floor to 3rd floor of the house A2 building part will be finally expanded and can be moved in soon. The floors 4th floor and 5th floor in the building section house A2 were manufactured as a building envelope — however, the interior design has not yet been done and is part of the order of the measure described here. The 4th floor includes reserve space for future use as a care station. The 5th floor includes the space for a future technical centre to supply the 4th floor — both for the building part house A1 and for the building part house A2.

Haus A1 is the oldest part of the building in St. Vincentius Hospital. The building, partly dating from 1905, has been expanded several times and most recently renovated or partially renovated in 2010. Since 2011, Haus A1 has hosted three care stations on an interim basis during the construction phase of the new building Haus A2. With the move into the new building house A2 at the end of 2021, the care stations are moving to the new building areas in house A2. The new building project house A2 (see above) also includes partial areas in house A1. After the care stations move from house A1 to house A2, these areas will be rebuilt and renovated in house A1. In doing so, hallway areas and rooms in the adjoining room program of the care stations then moved into house A2 are produced. The completion of these construction measures is planned for the end of 2022.
