Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF [the Municipal Undertaking for Social Service Buildings] will establish a framework agreement for construction management services. The agreement will be used by the entire organisation and the objective is to cover the Municipal Undertaking for Social Service Buildings' requirement for these services during the contract period. The contracting authority will enter into parallel framework agreements with 5-7 providers.
