Due to the lack of qualified tenders, the electrical installations contract is republished. Only the qualification requirement regarding competence of the project manager is adjusted.

The procurement is designed as a main contract where Bygg [Building] receives responsibility as the main contractor. Contract terms in accordance with NS8405. The contract consists of a total of 7 lots:

E01: Contract for building (main contractor);

E02: Contract for pipe installations;

E03: Contract for ventilation;

E04: Contract for electrical installation;

E05: Contract for health installations;

E06: Contract for outdoor installations, roads and W&S;

E07: Automation.

The scheduled start of works is during the first quarter 2020. The expected construction period is 1 year.

All joint tender documentation and detailed engineering design drawings and descriptions are in the main part of the competition. Refer to the drawings list in the appendix to find relevant basis for the contract tenders will be submitted for. Quantity descriptions labelled Appendix 3 and tender form labelled Appendix 4 will be placed under documents within each sub-competition.
