1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation (analysis, installation, configuration, training and commissioning) of the Integrated Information System at the headquarters of the contracting authority, including:
• license delivery and implementation of ZSI,
• provision of warranty services for the implemented ZSI in the period indicated in the Schedule.
2. The ZSI should implement functionalities in the following areas:

2) Fixed assets (MT)
3) Purchases and sales (FS)
4) HR and payroll (KP)
5) Project Management (ZP)
6) Operational management of assets (MS)
7) Scientific achievements (DN)
8) Advanced analysis and reporting (BI)
9) Employee Application (AP)
10) Electronic document flow (EOD)
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is described in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation (analysis, installation, configuration, training, commissioning) of the Integrated Information System (ZSI) at the headquarters of the Ordering Party, including:
• delivery (granting) of licenses and implementation of ZSI,
• providing warranty service for the implemented ZSI in the period indicated in the documentation.
The purpose of the implementation of ZSI is to improve the system of recording and settling events in the functional areas of the system, enabling quick obtaining of information about the situation of the Ordering Party and streamlining the process of effective management.
ZSI should implement functionalities in the following areas:

5) Project Management (ZP)

A detailed scope of functionality in the above-mentioned areas is described in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
The implementation of the ZSI should be carried out in accordance with the schedule presented in the OPZ (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), and the order implementation is scheduled for 20.04.2023.
