The subject of the order is the supply of fuels including the supply of diesel (ON), unleaded ethylin (Pb 95) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to the Ordering Party's business cars through the sale on the network of public fuel stations throughout the country, (at least one station in each province), including at a distance of not more than 30 km from each plant located in Radziądz, Ruda Sułowska, Stawno, Potasznia, Krośnice, according to the following assumptions:

(a) the estimated quantity of ON diesel fuel shall be 22,000,00 litres (verbatim: twenty-two thousand litres),

(b) the estimated quantity of unleaded ethylin Pb 95 shall be 44,000,00 liters (in words: forty-four thousand liters),

(c) the estimated amount of LPG is 30 000,00 liters (verbally: thirty thousand liters),

The Contractor will provide the possibility of daily refueling at its stations 24h/day,

Fuel sales will be made cashless using fuel cards.

d) The Contractor will provide the possibility of daily refueling at its stations 24h/day,

(e) the sale of fuels will be made non-cash using fuel cards, together for the entire period of implementation of the future contract will be issued not less than 30 units.

The purchased fuels referred to in point 1 shall comply with the requirements set out in:

(a) by Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (DZ.2015 item 1680),

(b) by Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 28 May 2021 on quality requirements for liquefied gas (LPG) (OJ 2021, item 1293),

c) PN standard - EN 228+A 1:2017 -06 Fuel for motor vehicles. Unleaded gasoline. Test requirements and methods,

(d) standard PN-EN 590+A 1:2017 -06 Fuel for motor vehicles. Diesel oils. Test requirements and methods,

e) standard PN-EN 589:2019-04 Fuel for motor vehicles LPG. Requirements

(f) and test methods,

(g) in accordance with applicable law, in the event of a discrepancy between the standards and the regulation, the Regulation has an overarching value.
