This contract is an open tender procedure entered into pursuant to Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° and R.2162-13 et seq., of the French Public Procurement Code. It is divided into 8 separate lots, each of which constitutes a separate purchase order framework agreement with no minimum annual order amount and with a maximum annual order value
Lot 1 - Supply of annual plantsIt is a framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum annual order value and with a maximum annual order value of 20,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). The services will be paid by applying the unit prices whose wording is given in the Unit Price Schedule (B.P.U.)
lot 2 - supply of perennialsit is a framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum annual order amount and with a maximum annual order amount of 50,000 euro (s) (excl. tax). The services will be paid by applying the unit prices whose wording is given in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU).
Lot 3 - Cultivation of plantersIt is a framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum annual order value and with a maximum annual order value of 20,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). The services will be paid by applying the unit prices whose wording is given in the Unit Price Schedule (B.P.U.)
Lot 4: Supply of micro-clodsIt is a framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum annual order amount and a maximum annual order value of 25,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). The services will be paid by applying the unit prices whose wording is given in the Unit Price Schedule (B.P.U.)
Lot 5: Supply of floral carpetsit is a framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum annual order amount and with a maximum annual order amount of 100,000 euro(s) (excl. tax). The services will be paid by applying the unit prices whose wording is given in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU).
Lot 6: Supply of fertilizers and soil improversIt is a framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum annual order value and with a maximum annual order value of 35,000 euro(s) (excl.
