3.1. Detailed description of the subject of the contract
The subject of the contract is the purchase and supply of cleaning products, dishes and disposable cutlery for the food service. The order is divided into two parts.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 2 to the SWZ. (Description of the subject of the contract), and in Annexes 3 to 3a to the SWZ – price forms (separately for each part).
The subject of the contract should be executed in accordance with the conditions described in the above Annexes.
A detailed description of the terms of the contract also includes the draft provisions of the future contract (Annex 5 to the SWZ).
