Statsbygg shall, on behalf of the Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation, establish a system for registration and management of property data. The contract shall include all owned and leased premises in governmental civil sector. The system shall be fully deployed during 2019 and shall include all properties and leased premises which the governmental civil sector utilises in their activities. Further limitation, the database shall cover governmental activities as a part of the state being a legal entity, approximately 250. Furthermore, the number of owned and leasing conditions within each activity will vary. The system shall comprise a WEB-based ICT platform, an analyses engine and a database. The system shall always be available days and nights (24/7).
