The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste from the area of the Świecie commune, from the real estate on which the residents live. The scope of the contract includes: regular collection of waste and transport to the Intercommunal Municipal Waste Disposal Complex in Sulnówek, equipping the property with bags and containers for waste collection, washing and disinfection of containers. Detailed description of the subject of the contract – Appendix No. 12 to SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste from the area of the Świecie commune, from real estate where residents live. The area of the municipality is 175 km2. The number of inhabitants covered by the municipal waste management system is approx. 29,000. It is forecasted that the amount of municipal waste, which Wyk. will be obliged to collect during the execution of the order will be from approx. 19,000 to 21,000 Mg. This contract does not include a waste management service. All collected waste Wyk. will deliver to the Inter-Municipal Complex of Municipal Waste Disposal in Sulnówek, address: Sulnówko 74C, 86 - 100 Świecie. Waste from cleaning the area around the containers will be transferred to PSZOK. The fee for accepting waste to MKUOK in Sulnówek is covered by the Ordering Party on its own. Real estate, from which Wyk. is obliged to collect municipal waste will be indicated in Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract. Ex. It will equip serviced properties with specific types of containers and bags for waste collection. Ex. It will also be obliged to collect waste from containers owned by property owners, and this requirement applies to containers for collecting non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and containers for collecting biowaste. Ex. undertakes to organise a system for the collection of Christmas trees in the period after Christmas. It is assumed that it is necessary to perform by Wyk. at least twice collect Christmas trees from the property between January 15 and February 15. Containers and bags for waste collection at the disposal of the contractor must meet the requirements set out in Annex 5 to the draft provisions of the contract. These requirements also apply to containers added by Wyk. during the term of the contract commissioned by Zam.

The "output" number of individual types of containers and bags for waste collection, which Wyk. undertakes to dispose of, it is specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. During the term of the contract, Zam. can order Wyk. providing additional containers – in excess of the "output" quantity. Payment for additional containers will be made on the terms set out in the template of the draft provisions of the contract. Ex. will be obliged to provide services with vehicles submitted in the tender offer, meeting the requirements referred to in Annex 2 to the Public Procurement Law. The operation of vehicles collecting waste will be monitored by Zam. by means of a system whose operating rules are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the p.p.u. Wyk. undertakes to organize on its own and at its own expense the storage and transport base necessary to perform the scope of services covered by this Agreement. The storage and transport base must meet the requirements set out in Annex 4 to the draft provisions of the contract. Ex. undertakes to organize an office to contact residents in the warehouse and transport base or in another place available to the residents of the Świecie commune. The office will be open every working day, for at least 4 hours a day. Ex. will be obliged to perform regular activities of washing and disinfecting containers and removing contaminants from the areas adjacent to the containers. In the case of multi-apartment buildings, also for the disposal of waste left at the containers, e.g. bulky and other problem waste.

The frequency of washing and disinfection of individual types of containers, the method of keeping documentation related to the performance of these activities, the rules for cleaning the area of container locations and technical and sanitary requirements of vehicles are specified in the draft provisions of the contract. Ex. will submit monthly reports to the Ordering Party, with the template specified in Appendix No. 6 to the Public Procurement Law. The detailed method of keeping the documentation is specified in the template of the draft provisions of the contract. Annex No. 12 to the SWZ presents a detailed description of the order.
