1) The subject of the contract is the development of full-discipline design, construction and executive documentation for the renovation of a gas boiler room and heat distribution in the building of the Poznań City Hall at Plac Kolegiacki 17

in Poznań, along with the author's supervision.

2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the Functional and Utility Program, constituting Annex 1 to the contract.

3) The Contracting Authority requires a minimum 36-month warranty period for the completed design documentation, counting from the date of signing the Final Acceptance Protocol "without reservations".
