The object of this contract is routine maintenance (cleaning, monitoring, control of tightness and good flow) and waterproofing repair work for a maximum of five defects per building less than 0.5 m in size. 2 terraced or green roofs or tiles and of a size less than 5 linear m gutters and gutters (lot 1) and the routine maintenance of the glass roofs of certain buildings (lot 2) of the CY Cergy Paris University sites .
