The screed work (ground floor and upper floor) will be put out to tender as part of the construction of a youth centre for the junior performance centre of the 1st FC Union Berlin e. V. This new building is divided into two construction phases, component 1 as a two-storey building and component 2 as a single-storey building.

Screed work, approx. 1300m², essentially 65 mm compressive strength class C30, without slope, on on-site sealing, insulation and PE film. Individual areas, assembly areas ELT and heating, are to be executed in the insulation level with perlite elements. In the entrance area, clean running mats are laid on site, where the screed must be lowered. Appropriate storage space is available.
