the contract covers the provision of real estate management services on behalf of the Public Land Establishment of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (hereinafter referred to as Epf) in the context of two degraded co-ownership operations in Marseille (Maison Blanche and Hoche-Versailles). Under this contract, the EPF (the principal) confers on the holder (the agent) a mandate to manage real estate in accordance with the provisions of Article 40 of Law 2014-1545 of 20 December 2014 and Decree 2016-544 of 3 May 2016 governing mandate agreements concluded by public institutions
