The plot area is 8.740m².
The supporting structure is planned in solid construction as a steel-concrete skeleton with an infill made of lightweight concrete masonry. The staircases are constructed in STB design. The roof construction is realized as a lightweight construction in timber construction.
The construction project has a GFA of approx. 3,460m².
Brief description of the performance of interior doors:
The tender includes the manufacture, delivery and installation of the interior doors. The tender mainly includes doors with steel frames and HPL door leaves, as well as a smaller number of solid wood frame doors and windows with floor frames and wooden frame door leaf in real wood veneer silver fir. Fire doors (up to T30), soundproof doors (up to test value 42dB) and burglar protection doors (RC2), as well as damp and wet room doors are included.
