The framework agreement for project management is for Statsbygg, region east’s properties in Østlandet. The person responsible in Statsbygg region East will vary from assignment to assignment.

The property portfolio will vary due to the procurement, sale and supply of new buildings. Region East currently has a total of approx. 1 083 000 m2 floor area divided between the whole of Østlandet.

The property mass is of varying ages and has been constructed with different construction techniques, several of the properties are cultural historically worthy of preservation.

The aim of entering into a framework agreement for project management is to ensure sufficient capacity and good competence at all times. Statsbygg, region east would like, through the framework agreement, to join up with permanent project managers who can quickly be fetched when there is a need for both short and longer assignments.
