This framework agreement concerns preventive and curative maintenance 24/7 of hardware IT equipment such as servers, printers, backup and storage equipment, etc.

Maintenance services are to be carried out on all the main Vinci Autoroutes sites, i.e. around fifty sites.

The maintenance will cover over 1,000 hardware computer equipment, distributed across all Vinci Autoroutes sites.

The materials to be maintained, of different brands and without this list being exhaustive, are:

- servers (X86, Itanium, etc.),

- printers and plotters,

- storage bays,

- tape and / or disk backup units,

- "blade" chassis (blade system chassis).

Preventive and curative maintenance 24/7 is for the hardware and software part of all equipment.

The expected service levels for each piece of equipment are defined in the specifications.

The value estimated in section II.2.6) corresponds to the provisional estimate of the framework agreement over its total duration (defined in section II.2.7).

As an indication, services are expected to start in the second quarter of 2020.
