The subject of the contract is the performance of a task called: Collection and management of municipal solid waste collected from the owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Osięciny.

Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires that persons performing the activities indicated in the SWZ in the scope of contract performance, the performance of which consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended), be employed by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship. The contractor or subcontractor will employ the above-mentioned persons for the duration of the contract. In the event of termination of employment before the end of this period, he undertakes to immediately employ another person in this place.
