These premises will be intended to accommodate a daily audience on the meridian break (from 11:30 to 13:30) composed of:-About 220 kindergartens on two services with table service: the canteen trolleys must be able to circulate between the tables-about 400 elementary in continuous flow in self-service-about 40 people including teachers, supervisory and animation staff, in self-service for half and in maternal table service for the other half. It is therefore a question of delivering about 660 meals per day in 5 components and snacks
