Water supply network in Rakownia from PE pipes:
- with a diameter of 180 / 10.7 mm and a length of 2,484.35 m,
- diameter 125 / 7.4 mm and length 1 776.31 m,
- 180 / 18.7 mm in diameter and 11.89 m long
Water connections:
- with a diameter of 32 / 3.0 mm and a total length of 1 223.79 m in number of 157 pieces,
- with a diameter of 40 / 3.7 mm and a total length of 50.68 m in the number of 2 pieces,
- with a diameter of 63 / 5.8 m and a total length of 90.72 in the quantity of 1 pc,
- trenchless method with a diameter of 34.6 / 4.2 mm and a total length of 33.41 m in an amount of 2 pcs.

The scope of work includes the full implementation of the investment together with the preparation of the area for the investment, carrying out the traffic organization project and leading to its approval, tidying up after the works the construction site and neighboring areas occupied or used by the Contractor, restoration of the road surface and private real estate, as-built documentation along with full geodetic service and obtaining a certificate regarding the completion of construction. The contractor shall, if necessary, provide archaeological supervision. The contractor is obliged to have a person authorized to manage construction works as a construction manager. The Contractor undertakes to perform the Subject Matter of the Contract in accordance with applicable standards, construction law, general technical conditions, the current level of technical knowledge and with due diligence.
The contractor may entrust the implementation of elements (parts) of the subject of the contract to subcontractors. In the event of the intention to perform the subject of the contract with the participation of subcontractors, the Contractor is required to indicate in its offer: part of the contract (material scopes) which it intends to entrust to subcontractors, and the Contractor to provide subcontractors' companies. This indication should be placed on the offer form. In the absence of an indication of subcontracting in the offer, the Contractor will be able to introduce the subcontractor only on the conditions specified in the contract.
