The quantities given are for guidance only and do not represent a binding purchase volume. A cooperation partner looks after a lot or - if a cooperation agreement is concluded for several or all lots - up to 8 corporate customers at the same time. The client is not obliged to call up a certain amount from the cooperation agreement. If necessary, the retrieval from the cooperation agreement takes place by means of an individual order no earlier than 14 days after the start of the cooperation agreement.
Cooperation agreements begin on December 15, 2020 at the earliest and end, regardless of the date of the conclusion of the contract, at the latest on December 14, 2024. Interested companies can request the participation documents from the contact point mentioned under I.1) by e-mail. The prerequisite for the conclusion of a cooperation agreement is that the interested company submits the participation documents completely filled out and signed. A cooperation agreement is concluded with every company that meets the requirements for participation. For a contract start on December 15, 2020, the complete participation documents must be submitted by email to the contact point mentioned under I.1) by November 20, 2020 at the latest. If the participation documents are submitted later, the cooperation agreement begins on the first of the month following the submission of the participation documents, provided that the documents have been submitted in full by the 3rd of a month. It depends on the client's access. If the 3rd of a month falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a national public holiday, the next working day takes the place of such a day. If it is received later (after November 20, 2020 or the 3rd of a month), the submitted participation documents will be taken into account by the 3rd of the following month.

AOK PLUS reserves the right to prematurely end the open-house procedure in whole or in part, especially in the event of the conclusion of exclusive cooperation agreements as a result of a formal award procedure in accordance with the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB.
