The contract includes new construction of a two-level house of about 2750m2, called houses B. Demolition of pavilions A and B, earthworks and reconstruction of the dining room and handicraft halls in the main building A.

Pavilion A is being demolished to accommodate the new building, while Pavilion B needs to be used by the business while the new building is being completed. Once the new building is completed, Pavilion B can be demolished and the remaining earthworks completed. Today, handicraft halls are in the main building, these will be transferred to the new building in the summer of 2024. In connection with this, old handicraft halls are converted into a dining room and music hall. When the project is completed, it should be a fully functional building/facility.

2. Redevelopment in building A (main building)
