The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest farming and conservation, logging and rips wood to be made on the territory of the Forest District of Prószków in the year 2022.
Package VI - 'acquisition 3' applies to acquisition remaining on 4 forestry (Smolarnia, Dębowiec, Ochoe, Przysiecz);1) The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest farming and conservation, logging and logging and rips of wood to be carried out in the Forest District of Prószków in 2022.
2) The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and logging and tourist development resulting from Annex 3 to OPIW, which consists of:
Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;
Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;
Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;
Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;
Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;
Annex No 3.6. - list of surfaces where the protection of raids and subfesters is planned
