Alvdal municipality shall hold a negotiated procedure for the procurement of a contractor for the new Alvdal primary school, with an arts part and a multi-purpose hall.

The construction project shall be organised as a builder managed general contract.

The general contractor shall be the main company on the site with responsibility for coordinating HSE measures. The general contractor will be responsible for the coordination of the operation and progress between the sub-contractors.

— Total gross area school part: 3 139 m2 (excluding the basement);

— Total gross area arts part: 448 m2 (excluding the basement);

— Total gross area multi-purpose hall, including areas for Alvdal friskliv: 2300 m2.
