The municipality of Kaag & Braassem wants to conclude one agreement for the architectural advisory services, construction advice, installation advice and building physics advice in the form of an integral design team for the design, technical elaboration and (aesthetic) implementation control of a new dressing/club building to be developed in Roelofarendsveen. Based on the common interest in maintaining the sports function at the location in Roelofarendsveen, a plan has been developed for the redevelopment of the Sportpad. At the end of 2020, a Master Plan for the revitalization of the Sportpad was drawn up (more info see: www.sportpad-in-beweging.nl). The new rug/club building replaces the existing buildings on the Sportpad. The new Rug/clubhouse serves as a rug/clubhouse and meeting point for the merged football and hockey association. The total floor area is approximately 2,800 m2 GFA. The building must offer sufficient space for athletes and visitors and includes various functions.
