Iteistö Oy Auroranlinna and Oy Helsingin Astohanta ab solicit offers for maintenance and maintenance services of their properties in the eastern and western region of Helsinki.

The subject of the acquisition is divided into two (2) areas:

1st Subdivision: Real Estate East

2nd Subdivision: Real Estate West

The tender may be submitted in either of these areas, but only one of them may be offered services.

Property Oy Auroranlinna selects the highest scoring contractor for each subdivision.

In that case, if the same contractor gets the best score in both aspects, the contractor will have to take the other subdivision that has been designated as 1 option.

The same bidder cannot therefore be selected for both subdivisions.

Oy Helsingin Kotohankinta ab contracts its own contract for maintenance and maintenance services of its own sites IV.

Contracts to be made are fixed and are valid for 48months.

IV maintenance and maintenance east, the items are located in 41 properties managed by Kiinteistö Oy Auroranlinna and 4 real estate managed by Helsinki Astohanta ab.

IV maintenance and maintenance west, items in 44 real estate managed by Kiinteistö Oy Auroranlinna and 4 real estate managed by Helsinki Apartohanta ab.
