The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 point 7) of the Public Procurement Law with a total value of up to PLN 1,012,900.28 net. The scope of similar orders will include winter maintenance of streets, sidewalks, bicycle paths, stairs and parking lots in road lanes in the Ursynów District m.st Warsaw The contract will be awarded provided that the Contracting Authority has the necessary financial resources and will be implemented on the basis of the basic agreement.
