The assignment comprises engineering design for the replacement of heating system (including riser pipes, radiators and equipment in machine room) and a new central control system for ventilation and heating system. RIV must consider alternative routing paths so that we choose the most favorable solution. The selection of solution will be taken in consultation with Statsbygg. The execution of the enterprise will most probably be carried out over a 2-3 year period, depending on the selected system. This is due to the accessability in the building.

The central control system shall:

— Control, regulate and monitor the building's technical systems in a proper and efficient manner,

— Continuously adjust energy usage to the actual need, so that the building never use more energy than necessary.

Site viewing/inspection will take place on Friday 24.11.2012 at 9:00, meeting place in the hall on the ground floor. We expect that the service providers that will submit tenders will attend the site viewing/inspection.
