Difi invite tenderers to a tender contest regarding the delivery of a digital training scheme within co-operation competence and co-determination for the management and employee representatives (parties) in government agencies. The National wage agreement (HA), the Basic Collective Agreement (HTA) as well as other laws and agreements that regulate wage and working conditions for the Norwegian State, will be emphasised. The training scheme shall be a service to all government agencies. The service shall contain mixed training types, in such a way that the e-training scheme can be used in a combination with other training activities in the agencies, as well as at appropriate arenas where the parties meet.
