Delivery of 8 forklift trucks on rental basis including full service for a rental period of 48 months
The complete description can be found in the separate service description:
1. Delivery, commissioning including one-week trial operation (including instruction of operating personnel) before the start of use as well as full service during the entire rental period of 48 months; installation of a separate telematics system by the client, power supply via battery (duration plus); diagnostic pickup from CAN bus.
2. Operating conditions: two-shift; in exceptions also at night and on weekends; no regular driver principle; operation on internal traffic and storage areas; operation with port diesel (red diesel according to DIN EN 590); operating temperature of approx. -20 to +40 °C; dusty environmental conditions as well as corrosion-promoting salt, dirt and gas components in the air (sea-climate suitability);

a) Two (2) 9to electric forklifts with a mileage of 1000 hours per year (± 5%) and the following technical equipment:

-Load capacity: 9,000 kg

b) Two (2) 12t diesel forklifts (duplex), each with a mileage of 2,000 hours per year (± 5%) and the following technical equipment:
-Drive: automatic diesel engine (stage V)
-Load capacity: 12,000 kg
-Lifting height: 5,000 mm (duplex standard)

-Fork suspension: Terminal West
-Tyres: Solideal, super elastic

c) Three (3) 16t (duplex) diesel forklifts, each with a mileage of 2,000 hours per year (± 5%) and the following technical equipment:
-Drive: automatic diesel engine (stage V) with ZF gearbox
-Load capacity: 16,000 kg
-Lifting height: 5,000 mm (duplex standard)

-Spare parts catalog as well as circuit diagrams for all assemblies and components
6. Contractual basis
-on rental basis with rental start from 01.11.2022
-Start of use in transshipment operations on 01.11.2022
-rep hours per year/pool ± 5% per device group
-Contract period is 48 months (until 31.10.2026)
- the client (seaport) takes out machinery breakdown insurance on the basis of ABMG 2008 (except for “internal damage”) and includes the equipment in his liability insurance.
- The following full service: The following services are part of and are the responsibility of the contractor:
•Transport to and from, disassembly and assembly, as well as all transport preparation and follow-up
•All travel expenses
•Freight costs for spare parts
•Disposal of consumer and consumer goods (oils, greases, cooling liquid, filters, etc.)
•A weekly check, including maintenance material (oils, greases, coolant, bulbs, air filters)
•Preventive maintenance, if required, according to manufacturer specifications, including maintenance material (oils, greases, coolant, lamps, air filters) including test fire extinguisher
•Preventive repair measures and necessary cleaning measures
•Annual DGUV-V-68, as well as DGUV-R-113-020 testing, including removal of defects and necessary cleaning measures
•All repairs including spare parts procurement
•Provision of a bridging device* if the repair period of 48 hours is exceeded, otherwise the client is entitled to default damages
• Provision of 1 set of complete wheels for device groups 9to and 12to/16to
•Response times less than 4 hours on weekdays (Mon. to Fri):
•Preparation of repair, work and test reports/reports
•Use of the AG's maintenance app
•Handling all warranty services with the manufacturer of the devices
• Warranty: at least 4000 operating hours
•Tyre wear control
•Control of lifting forks
